東南アジア インドネシア インドネシア料理 では、豆腐はタフと呼ばれ、福建語 の豆腐（tāu-hū, 豆腐）の発音に由来する借用語である。インドネシアの市場では、豆腐は通常2つの形態で入手できる。タフ・プティ（tahu putih ）と呼ばれる一般的な白い木綿豆腐と、タフ・ゴレン（tahu goreng ）と呼ばれる茶色い皮ができた揚げ豆腐である。タフ・ユン・イ（tahu yun yi ）またはタフ・バンドン（tahu Bandung ）は、ターメリック で着色された黄色い豆腐である。
