血漿 血液の約55％は血漿 であり、血液の液体媒体である液体で、それ自体は麦わら色をしている。血漿量は平均的な人間で合計2.7～3.0リットル（2.8～3.2クォート）である。血漿は本質的に、92％の水、8％の血漿タンパク質 、および微量の他の物質を含む水溶液 である。血漿は、グルコース 、アミノ酸 、脂肪酸 などの溶存栄養素（血液中に溶けているか、血漿タンパク質に結合している）を循環させ、二酸化炭素 、尿素 、乳酸 などの老廃物を除去する。
