外部リンクを作成するためのテンプレートであり、{{Citation/core}}で使用されています。Citation/core以外ではより高機能な{{URL}}や{{Official website}}が推奨されます。
使用法
引数1にURLを、引数2に表示文を入力することで、外部リンクを作成できます。引数1が空白の場合はリンクを張らずに引数2をそのまま表示します。
