Urdă/ja 未熟成の乳清チーズ。
Brânză/ja 羊乳から作られる塩漬けのチーズ。
Brânză de vaci/ja レンネットなどの添加物を含まない全乳から作られる。乾燥した砕けやすい食感で、ホエイからチーズを絞ったチーズクロスから球形になる。
