生肉 豚の大部分は生肉として利用することができる。乳飲み子豚 の場合は、生後2〜6週間の若い豚の全身を丸ごと焼く。デンマークのローストポーク、すなわちフレスケスタイ 豚の皮 をカリカリに仕上げたものであり、伝統的なクリスマスディナーとして国民に親しまれている。
