地域による適応 ゲーン・ハン・レー チェンライのゲーン・ハン・レー ゲーン・ハン・レー は、タイ北部 の豚肉カレーで、地域の特産品である。これは、ビルマの豚肉カレーに似た地域の適応版で、「ハン・レー 」という名前は、ビルマ語 の「ヒン・レー 」（ဟင်းလေး 、hang le と転写）に由来し、「濃厚なカレー」を意味する。チェンマイ の多くのレストラン では、「ビルマカレー」と呼ばれている。
