プレーン緑茶 、イェーヌェー・ジャン （ရေနွေးကြမ်း 、lit. 'crude tea water'）は、ミャンマーで飲まれている一般的なお茶である。茶葉は伝統的にシャン州 とカチン州 で栽培されている。濃く淹れた紅茶の葉に、コンデンスミルク とエバミルク を好みの割合で加えて甘くしたラペッ・イェー・チョー （လက်ဖက်ရည်ချို）と呼ばれるミルクティー も人気がある。
