薬物動態 経口摂取後、フェブキソスタット用量の少なくとも84％が腸管で吸収され、60～90分後に最高血漿中 濃度に達する。脂肪分の多い食事と一緒に摂取した場合、フェブキソスタットの体内濃度は低くなるが、これは臨床的な意義はないと考えられている。血中では、物質の99.2％が血漿タンパク質アルブミン と結合し、活性代謝物 の82～91％が血漿タンパク質と結合する。
