肥満 肥満 者において、腹部から下方に垂れ下がる余分な脂肪組織はパンニクルス と呼ばれる。パンニクルスは病的肥満者の手術を複雑にする。重度の肥満者が大量の脂肪を失った場合（胃バイパス手術 の一般的な結果）、文字通り「皮膚のエプロン」として残ることがある。 肥満は、運動療法、食事療法、行動療法によって治療される。再建手術は治療の一側面である。
