To create this SVG-format logo, I took the EPS file at Brandsoftheworld.com, ran it through pstoedit, and then did the following modifications using Inkscape and Notepad: fixed priority (center of "O" in "Exxon"), centered on a correctly sized grid, and made markup simpler and more readable.
