This template should not be used in articles. It should only be used on talk pages and project pages.

This template is a shortcut for {{Talk quote inline}} that automatically adds quote marks, functioning like {{Talk quote inline|q=y}}. If supplied, it passes a |title= parameter to the parent template unchanged.
