Cream of coconut

Cream of coconut is a thick, heavily sweetened, processed coconut milk product resembling condensed milk. It was originally produced by the Puerto Rican company Coco López and is used most notably in piña coladas in the United States. It can also be used for other cocktail drinks and various desserts. It should not be confused with or used as a substitute for coconut cream.
