ルミステロール（Lumisterol）は、ステロイド化合物のビタミンDファミリーに属する化合物である。エルゴステロールの(9β,10α)立体異性体であり、ビタミンD₂とルミステロールの混合物であったビタミンD₁の調製において光化学的副産物として生成された。ビタミンD₂は、電気環式開環とそれに続くシグマトロピック[1,7]水素化物シフトによってルミステロールから生成することができる。

ルミステロールには、ルミステロール3として知られる7-デヒドロコレステロールに基づく類似体がある。
