脳循環 脳には前部 と後部の動脈 から二重の血液供給がある。前部循環は内頸動脈 から生じ、脳の前部に供給される。後方循環は椎骨動脈 から生じ、脳の後部と脳幹 に供給される。前部と後部からの循環はウィリス輪 で合流（吻合 ）する。脳内の様々な細胞と血管系チャネルからなる神経血管ユニット は、活性化した神経細胞への血液の流れを調節し、その高いエネルギー要求を満たすようにしている。
