低血糖 血糖値が70 mg/dL以下の場合を低血糖という。低血糖は1型糖尿病患者の間で非常に頻繁に起こる。低血糖の原因としては、インスリンの過剰摂取、炭水化物の摂取不足、飲酒、高い場所で過ごす、思春期、月経などがある。血糖値が下がりすぎると、低血糖症 と呼ばれる致命的な状態になる可能性がある。症状には、無気力 、精神機能の低下、過敏性 、震え、痙攣、腕や脚の筋肉の脱力、顔色の悪さ、発汗、意識消失 などがある。
