使用法

{{str_sub|半角文字列|開始文字目|文字数}}は対象の半角の文字列において指定した文字目からの文字数の部分を表示します。文字列の1文字目は0になります。

{{str_sub|20090624130510|8|2}}と指定すると9文字目から2文字分のテキスト "13" を表示します。

開始文字目 と 文字数を合わせて指定できる数値は49までです。
