[[:en:Milk|Milk]] is heated and ripened in big copper vats, curdled, drained and molded into 10–12 pound wheels. The cheese is dry-cured in Tibetan red salt, aged, then wrapped in scarves and packed in bamboo baskets. &lt;br /&gt;
