Myanmar has a wide range of fruits, mostly of tropical origin. Fruit is commonly eaten as a snack or dessert. While most fruits are eaten fresh, a few, including [[Archidendron pauciflorum|jengkol]], are boiled, roasted or otherwise cooked.
